New patients
Welcome. Whether it's been six months or sixteen years, here's exactly what happens, how long it takes and what it costs.
The hour, step by step
You can stop at any point, and you can say "not today" to anything. New patient visit: $289 before insurance, which most plans cover in large part.
Tea, a blanket and the quiet room. Forms are done online beforehand.
See the treatment room before you sit in it. Hold the tools if you'd like.
Chair upright. Your history, your worries, your stop signal and your comfort picks.
A mirror and a light. You see what we see on the ceiling screen.
Low-dose digital x-rays. We explain which ones and why, and you can decline.
Priorities, options and fees, plus an insurance estimate. No pressure to decide today.
Before you come
Plan name, policy and member numbers, or your CDCP member ID. We'll bill directly and check your coverage beforehand.
A list or photo of what you take, including supplements. It helps us keep you safe, especially with sedation.
Write them in the booking form or tell us on the day. Nothing is silly. We've heard every fear, and we have a plan for most of them.
